What Our Warranty Covers

• Any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

• Replacement or repair of any item (or part) that is damaged within 2 years of purchase.

Please Note

• Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear, including scratches and water damage to items not marked as water-resistant.

• Lost or stolen items are not covered by our warranty.

• Any modifications or alterations to the jewelry void the warranty.

If you notice any damage that falls under our warranty, please contact our Customer Care Team with your order number and a clear image of the damaged item. We will guide you through the process to ensure your piece is repaired or replaced as quickly as possible.

Please be aware that you will need to return the damaged item to us before we can send a replacement.
