Returns

  • We gladly accept returns on most unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of the original order date.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care Team at contact@serenecharm.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving your order. Items postmarked after this period will be returned to the customer at their expense.

  • Please note that return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will gladly exchange it for a new piece, provided it is within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized jewelry, final sale items, and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Personalized jewelry cannot be canceled after this period and will only be eligible for exchange or store credit once produced.
