Our team processes orders quickly, so changes aren’t possible once an order is placed. However, we may be able to cancel your order, allowing you to place a new one. Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible at contact@serenecharm.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Yes, we offer a Pre-Order option for select must-have pieces. When you pre-order, you’ll be charged immediately, and your item will ship by the date indicated at the time of purchase.
Yes, if a style you love is out of stock but being restocked, you can inquire about availability via the chat icon in the bottom right corner or by emailing us at contact@serenecharm.com. We’ll notify you as soon as the item is back in stock and ready to ship.
Yes, all of our products are shipped in Serenecharm branded packaging, perfect for gifting. You can also include a complimentary gift message on a notecard, and the invoice will not display the price.
Shipping & Returns
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders placed after 1:30 PM ET will be processed the next business day. Delivery time is quoted in business days.
After processing, standard shipping to the US and Canada typically takes 3-6 business days. Expedited shipping options are available for delivery within 1-3 business days.

We strive to ensure your orders arrive on time. You can track your order online using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email or by visiting our Track Order page.
You have 30 working days from the date you receive your order to return your item. To start the return process, please contact our customer care team at contact@serenecharm.com. Our team will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, returns must be authorized by our customer care team before they can be accepted.
We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days. However, during busy periods, this may take up to 30 working days. All refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the US and Canada. Expedited shipping is also available, and orders over $199 qualify for free expedited shipping.

To keep your S.C. jewelry looking its best, store each piece individually in a soft-lined box or pouch to prevent scratching, tangling, or rubbing. Gold vermeil and silver pieces should be kept in a dark, cool, and dry place to preserve their shine and prevent tarnishing.
