1. How Do I Know My Order Is Confirmed?
After completing your purchase, you will receive an Order Confirmation email.
If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folders . If you still can't find it, please reach out to us at contact@serenecharm.com. We'll be happy to resend your confirmation email.
2. Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
Our team processes orders quickly, so changes aren't possible once an order is placed. However , we may be able to cancel your order, allowing you to place a new one. Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible at contact@serenecharm.com, and we'll do our best to assist you.
3. Can I Pre-Order an Item?
Yes, we offer a Pre-Order option for select must-have pieces. When you pre-order, you'll be charged immediately, and your item will ship by the date indicated at the time of purchase.
4. Can I Get Notified for Restocks?
Yes, if a style you love is out of stock but being restocked, you can inquire about availability via the chat icon in the bottom right corner or by emailing us at contact@serenecharm.com. We'll notify you as soon as the item is back in stock and ready to ship.
5. Can I Ship My Order as a Gift?
Yes, all of our products are shipped in Serenecharm branded packaging, perfect for gifting. You can also include a complimentary gift message on a notecard, and the invoice will not display the price.
