All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after they are received. During promotions or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Please note that shipping time begins after your order has been processed.

US & Canada Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the US and Canada, with an estimated delivery time of 3-6 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.

Expedited Shipping

For faster delivery, we offer Expedited Shipping within the US and Canada. This service delivers within 1-2 business days. The cost is $15.99 for the US and $16.99 for Canada. Orders over $199 qualify for free Expedited Shipping. Please note that Expedited Shipping is only available for in-stock items.

International Shipping

Order Modifications

Once an order is placed, it enters our processing queue immediately and cannot be modified online. However, if you need to make changes, please contact us at contact@serenecharm.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
